Ymweliad Safle

Efallai y bydd angen i swyddogion Cyngor Caerdydd ddod i’r safle i gynnal arolygiadau:

• Arolwg gweledol ar y gosodiadau trydanol 
• arolygiadau ar y Strwythurau Dros Dro y Gellir eu Tynnu
• Gweithgaredd Trwyddedadwy
• Sŵn
• Gwasanaethau Rheoliadol a Rennir – Arlwyo
• Gwasanaethau Rheoliadol a Rennir – Effeithiau Arbennig Cynhyrchiad a Gweithgarwch Peryglus
• Safonau Masnach

Cytunir ar ddyddiad ac amser y cyfarfod o flaen llaw os oes angen.

Dylai’r sawl sydd â chyfrifoldeb cyffredinol penodol am bob elfen yn y digwyddiad sy’n cael ei arolygu fod ar gael ar gyfer y cyfarfod hwn.

Rydym yn cadw’r hawl i godi tâl arnoch am gostau yr eir iddynt os na gyflwynwch set gyflawn o ddogfennau o fewn yr amserlen y cytunwyd arni gyda swyddog perthnasol y Panel Cyswllt Digwyddiadau . 

Cardiff Council officers may need to attend site to undertake inspections:

• visual survey of the electrical installations
• inspections of Temporary Demountable Structures
• Licensable Activity
• Noise
• Shared Regulatory Services – catering
• Shared Regulatory Services – Special Production Effects and Hazardous Activity
• Trading Standards

Meeting date and time will be agreed in advance if required.

The person who has specific overall responsibility for each element of the event being inspected should be available for this meeting.

We reserve the right to charge you for costs incurred due to failure to provide a complete set of documentation within the timescale agreed with the relevant ELP officer.
