Brownies, Guides, Cubs and Scouts

We offer a selection of exciting outdoor learning sessions for Brownies, Guides, Cubs and Scouts. There are a range of learning sessions and workshops to earn the following badges:

  • Naturalist
  • Wildlife Explorer
  • Out and About
  • World Issues

Guided walks, talks and tours

We offer a range of unique walks and talks in Bute Park including a tour of the historic points of interest or a guided walk of the arboretum’s specialist tree collection. If you are a gardening club, Women’s Institute, Local History Group or a society that would like to arrange a tour, class or talk please get in touch.

Apprenticeships

Apprenticeships are a great way to launch into a career in horticulture. Earn while you learn and combine academic study with on-the-job training and work experience.
