The SSAFA 5k Series in Cardiff consists of three 5k Road Races each summer and raises money for the South East Wales Branch SSAFA (Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association,)
The Series is held under UK & Welsh Athletics rules and is a CAAC Calendar Event.
Dates: Wednesdays May 22nd, June 26th, July 24th.
