The Secret Garden Café is an independent business who are responsible for providing catering and refreshments for meetings and events held at the Bute Park Education Centre. 

Before booking any catering or refreshments from The Secret Garden Café you must agree to the following:

All orders will receive written confirmation via email from a representative at The Secret Garden Cafe.

Payment

Please send PO details directly to melissa@penylanpantry.com.
Prices are subject to 20% VAT.

An electronic invoice will be sent.

All payments are to be made in full and by BACS.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel without penalty by providing 72 hours’ notice.

After this time you will be charged in full for your order.

You are to notify us of your cancellation via email to melissa@penylanpantry.com and butepark@cardiff.gov.uk

Food use

Food must be eaten within a 3 hour time window upon delivery to ensure quality. All food is homemade using seasonal ingredients.

Within our kitchen we take all allergies very seriously, and prepare such foods in controlled environments.
However, please be advised, we handle nuts, gluten, sulphates, dairy and meat products.
